Cart Abandonment Report

Marketplace managers can now generate a new standard report that contains details of customers who after adding items to a cart abandoned the transaction. This data can provide valuable insights into customer behavior and help understand potential reasons for cart abandonment.

To create a Cart Abandonment report:

  1. Go to Manage > Marketplace >Reports > Create Report.
  2. Enter a name for the report. In the Report Type field, select Cart Abandonment.
  3. Specify other details for the report and click Create Report to generate your report.

Feature enablement

This feature is enabled by default.

Setting enablement

No setting configuration is required. However, the report is dependent on the Cart abandonment notification feature. To configure settings related to cart abandonment notifications, see Cart abandonment setting and notification.
